August 18th, 4:15 AM – Scattered thunderstorms are increasing in both number and intensity this morning across the Big Country, Texoma, North Texas, and East Texas. While severe thunderstorms are unlikely, we are concerned about the threat of localized flooding over the next few hours. Storms are moving off to the northeast, but saturated soils mean whatever rain falls will simply runoff. Stay off flooded roads this morning!
