Heavy #snow is moving east into Austin and San Antonio. Accumulations could be rather rapid over the next couple of hours with several inches of snow likely. That’s all going to move into the Brazos Valley, Coastal Plains, South Texas, and Southeast Texas tonight. Sleet ongoing across the Brazos Valley and Southeast Texas should change over to snow as the heavier band moves in from the west for most locations. There is the potential for areas of thundersnow and thundersleet. Travel will remain extremely dangerous all night for the entirety of Texas and much of the Southern United States.
