Oh, look!  Another gorgeous mid-February day in the forecast!  A few degrees cooler than normal across parts of northeast Texas, but elsewhere, very nice with plenty of sunshine today!  Breezy today across the panhandle and south plains with gusts in the 20 to 30mph range by later this afternoon.  Clouds will be on the increase across south and central Texas today with a bit of gulf moisture return.  But overall…just a really nice day to be out and about!  Enjoy!!
