The rain is gone, and sunshine is on the way to stay! A period of dry weather will continue for at least the next several days. A dry, comfortable airmass will allow low temperatures to drop quickly after sunset through early next week. However, daily high temperatures will rebound swiftly and be above average for the weekend and a good chunk of next week.
Those making weekend plans outdoors are in luck – as you can’t ask for much nicer weather in early November. It’ll be rather chilly during the night, and we may see some waves of clouds at times. Gusty south winds will return by Sunday and continue through the first half of next week. Frost may occur again tonight across Northeast Texas. No ‘new’ freeze locations are expected tonight through early next week.
Weather Pattern Change Next Week
Our next chance for rain looks to be Wednesday evening across Northeast Texas and East Texas. We’ll refine specific rain chances as we get into next week. Mother Nature will set up a chillier weather pattern late next week and next weekend. Gusty north winds and dropping temperatures are a good bet from Wednesday onward – although the specific timing will probably change some and depend on your location in Texas. No signs of any winter weather mischief on the horizon, though!
