Tornado Warning: McLennan, Coryell, Bosque Counties till 615PM

Tornado warning for northwestern McLennan, northeast Coryell, and southeastern Bosque counties in Central Texas until 615PM. Radar-indicated tornado is 8 miles northeast of Fort Gates or 8 miles east of Gatesville. This storm is moving north around 35 MPH. Clifton, Valley Mills, and Crawford are in the path. We recommend no travel on Highway 317 or Highway 6 near those towns until this storm moves north.

was located 8 miles northeast of Fort Gates, or 8 miles east of
Gatesville, moving north at 35 mph.

IMPACT…Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed.
Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree
damage is likely.

Clifton and Valley Mills around 615 PM CST.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include
Oglesby, South Mountain and Gholson.
