Texas Storm Chasers’s David Reimer was on vacation in Panama City Beach, Florida, during a rainy 4th of July. With over 15 inches of rain over the past 48 hours, water has run out of places to go. Several roads are closed and tourists in the area for the holiday are running out of things to do! A particularly heavy period of rain resulted in flash flooding in front of my condominium. Filmed from the 11th floor of the Coral Reef Condos, this video shows the result of heavy rain in a short period of time.
