November 7, 2011 • Southwest Oklahoma Tornadoes (FULL Chase) {D}

A late-season severe weather event resulted in several tornadoes across portions of western and southwestern Oklahoma on November 7, 2011. The supercell responsible for a majority of the tornadoes developed just southwest of Vernon, Texas before moving northeast into Southwestern Oklahoma. This storm continued northeast into the Wichita Wildlife Preserve west of Lawton. The first tornado in this video were taken a stones throw east of Tipton, OK – the second tornado north of Manitou, and the final tornadoes east of Snyder, OK and into the wildlife preserve.
