Today, snow will move across the Texas Panhandle, West Texas, and portions of Northwest Texas. The heaviest snow will concentrate across the western Texas Panhandle, where up to four inches may accumulate. Snow-covered roadways may produce hazardous travel conditions in some areas. Light ice accumulations may create slick travel conditions across portions of West Texas, the Permian Basin, into the Davis & Gadaulpue mountains. Snow will move east into Northwest Texas this afternoon before dissipating as a light rain/snow mix in Texoma and North Texas this evening.
