Shelf clouds in Grapevine/Irving, Rockwall/Fate, and New Boston, TX. Strong wind and blinding rain in Grapevine. Significant flooding on I-30 frontage road in Rockwall/Fate. Also a possible tornado in Irving spotted while driving east on I-635 near Belt Line Road, looking southeast at 3:35pm. @JasonCooleyTSC
