3/17/2021 FULL • Lightning Hits Bridge, Big Tornado in Alabama {S/J/AB-A/C}

3/17/2021 “High Risk” Chase in E MS/ W AL. We chased four different storms, at least. The first two were weak earlier in the day. The third was strong with tons of lightning, but not a tornado-producer. The 4th storm was a powerful supercell that tracked from Waynesboro, MS through Silas, AL and approached us in Campbell, AL. It also had tons of lightning, phenomenal structure in the mid-levels, and a large rain-wrapped tornado. Chelsea chased with Adam; Alex and Jason partnered up with Steejo w/ Tornado Intercept.
