Hard to believe we’re talking about winter weather after the past several days of really warm temps.  But, we have light snow is coming down across a large portion of the Texas panhandle this morning.  We’ve got Freeze Warnings, Hard Freeze Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories all in effect across the area. Snow accumulations are expected to end up between 1-2 inches…coupled with 25 to 35mph winds and higher gusts, it’s going to be a miserable morning unfortunately.

And here’s a look at the mass of current warnings and advisories across the area.  Most of these will be over by around 10am this morning.  Temps overnight tonight and into Tuesday are expected to drop back down into the 20’s once again, so just be prepared for that.
