Strong Storms & Flooding Overnight Into Monday | Tornado Risk Monday PM

Map showing the severe storm outlook for Texas on Monday, November 24, 2025. A yellow zone indicating the highest risk covers much of East and Central Texas, including Dallas, Waco, Tyler, College Station, Austin, and Houston. A surrounding green zone covers areas from San Antonio to Fort Worth and into Northeast Texas. Basemap includes major cities, highways, and terrain shading. Legend notes a low tornado risk, maximum hail size near golf-ball size, and expected wind gusts of 60–70 mph. Risk categories from Level 1 to Level 5 are listed at the bottom right.

A busy night is underway across Texas. Strong storms, heavy rain, flooding, and a Monday tornado threat are all on the table.

I’m Texas Storm Chasers Baldy-in-Chief David Reimer. As of 8:30 PM Sunday (Nov 23, 2025), storms continue increasing across the Big Country, Concho Valley, North Texas, Texoma, and parts of Central Texas. Expect a loud overnight with frequent lightning, heavy rain, pockets of hail, and flooding concerns that ramp up before sunrise.

A corridor of 3 to 5 inches of rain may develop between San Angelo and DFW, leading to high water and travel issues for the Monday morning commute.

Monday afternoon and evening: storms intensify across East Texas, the Piney Woods, Toledo Bend, the Brazos Valley, and Southeast Texas. Conditions favor rotating storms and a risk for a few tornadoes.

Stay weather aware. We’ll have live coverage if warnings are issued.
