A nearly stationary supercell produced multiple tornadoes west and northwest of Canadian, Texas. Over the period of four hours the storm moved just five miles. With the exception of cattle the storm was literally in the middle of no where. We later learned the tornado has injured several oil workers. Just after 5 PM a large tornado occurred about 5 miles northwest of Canadian, Texas. We documented at least three additional tornadoes before and after that point. As time permits we’ll add additional content to this chase log page. We have several hundred still photos and hours of high definition video to look through.
