Your Work Week Weather Round-up!

Now that our big snow event of the month has passed, we can relax for a bit and look forward to much calmer conditions for the remainder of the work week and into next weekend.  Most of the state will be sunny, so that will ensure melting of any residual snow over the next day or two along with warming temperatures!  Other than a few sad melty snowmen or snow creatures, most of the snow should be gone by this evening or tomorrow at the latest.  Could see some residual issues with freezing fog in tomorrow morning for areas that received snow yesterday…especially across central and eastern Texas…but other than that, there should not be too many issues with slick spots.  Just assume if your temperature tomorrow morning is at or below freezing, there could be some spots of frozen runoff from snow.  Other than that, we will see some gradual warming up over the next few days and into next weekend!  Daily high temperatures and overnight low temperatures will be seasonal around the state with virtually no rain expected.  Thursday will be the warmest day this week before we a weak cold front arrives.  Thursday’s cold front will not have a significant impact on temperatures and should not bring much in the way of rain chances with it.  An abundance of sunshine will be enjoyable for getting outdoors and enjoying Mother Nature!
