A winter storm watch has been issued for regions where confidence is currently highest in significant accumulations of ice – resulting in hazardous travel conditions on Wednesday. Additional watches/warnings/advisories are likely to be issued on Tuesday for more locations as confidence on where winter weather will occur increases.
