Saturday July 8th Outlook – Hot with Scattered Showers & Storms During The Afternoon

Our weather pattern has been, and will remain, pretty consistent with seasonally hot and humid conditions and the threat of scattered afternoon showers and storms bubbling up.  Overnight storms across parts of the panhandle and Oklahoma have sent an outflow boundary south towards the Red River this morning. Another complex of storms last night over Arkansas has sent its outflow boundary west towards northeast Texas.  Where those boundaries end up by this afternoon is expected to become the focus for isolated to scattered strong storm development.  The most recent outlook from the Storm Prediction Center has placed a portion...
