We’re monitoring a concentrated cluster of strong to severe storms just south of San Antonio.  The northern cell and the most southern cells are currently under Severe Thunderstorm Warnings with the threat of large hail and possibly an isolated tornado spin-up.  This batch of storms is moving generally east, but the cell at the northern end is moving almost due north and has the greatest potential for producing a tornado as indicated by some rotation noted on radar…though nothing has been confirmed at this time. Folks in the region need to keep a weather eye out this evening, have a way to receive Warnings if any are issued for your particular location and seek shelter immediately if any are issued.
