* AT 417 PM CST…A CONFIRMED TORNADO WAS LOCATED OVER NORTH RICHLAND
HILLS…OR OVER WATAUGA…MOVING NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH.

HAZARD…DAMAGING TORNADO.

IMPACT…FLYING DEBRIS WILL BE DANGEROUS TO THOSE CAUGHT WITHOUT
