A tornado watch has been issued for the Texas Coastal Plains and portions of Southeast Texas until 10 PM. Corpus Christi, Victoria, El Campo, Houston, and Galveston are a few cities included in this watch. Low level wind shear is increasing as the remenents of Patricia move closer to the region. A couple of brief tornadoes are expected through tonight. Many tropical tornadoes tend to happen quickly with little in the way of warning. The good news is they also tend to be weak and short-lived – but are still dangerous.
