Another loud night is expected across the Texas Panhandle. Thunderstorms are underway across the South Plains and over the western Oklahoma Panhandle. Our focus is on the storms developing across the Oklahoma Panhandle and northwestern Texas Panhandle. Those storms are the beginning of what will likely become a cluster this evening. The storm cluster will move southeast with the potential of damaging wind gusts and heavy rain. A Flash Flood Watch is in effect tonight for all of the Texas Panhandle. Meanwhile a severe thunderstorm watch is not out of the question.
