* The low pressure area formally known as Bill is located just north of Fort Worth. This low is slowly moving north towards Oklahoma.

* Numerous flash flood warnings continue including Austin, San Antonio, Beaumont, Lufkin, and northwest of the D/FW Metroplex.

* Short-range weather model guidance indicates we should see scattered thunderstorms continue overnight resulting in pockets of flash flooding. Isolated tornadoes will also be a threat.

* Copious amounts of moisture remain in place – so that’s why we’re seeing impressive rain rates with the showers.
