Flash Flood Warning: Aransas & San Patricio County till 1130AM.

A flash flood warning has been extended through 11:30 AM for Aransas and San Patricio counties in South Texas. Cities included are Portland, Gregory, Ingleside, Aransas Pass, Port Aransas, and Rockport. Four to six inches of rain has fallen this morning between Aransas Pass and Rockport. Additional heavy rain is now moving through the same areas which will deposit another two to three inches of rain. Flash flooding is likely and some locations may experience significant low-lying flooding.

HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE WARNED AREA. 4 TO 6 INCHES OF RAIN HAS
FALLEN BETWEEN ARANSAS PASS AND ROCKPORT WITH ANOTHER ROUND OF
HEAVY RAIN APPROACHING THE AREA. FLASH FLOODING IS ALREADY
OCCURRING.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF 2 TO 3 INCHES ARE POSSIBLE IN THE
WARNED AREA.
