Temperatures were slow to fall overnight with upper 60s to 70s across Texas. Skies are clear across all of Texas this morning. A mostly sunny day is in store for all those in Texas today. A few exceptions will be across the Texas Panhandle and West Texas this afternoon and evening where a 10 to 25 percent chance of a popup storm does exist. By far a majority will be dry. Those along the coast in South Texas and the Rio Grande Valley have a 10 to 20 percent chance of experiencing a shower this afternoon.
